Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

'You scared away my rabbit!'

Aindreas had certainly not expected to be interrupted in the middle of his hunt by another wolf, and he had especially not expected it to be one so young as this one. His brows raised in surprise, and he looked the little one up-and-down, before a slight motion caught his attention - he looked off to the right and saw a rabbit scurrying away before it disappeared into its burrow. The titan could feel himself starting to salivate at the thought of a meal, and he had to grit his teeth together to focus on the appearance of this new pup instead of going tearing off after the bunny. Aindreas had turned back to the pup and dipped his head so that he was peering straight at her instead of looming over her. He inhaled, and could taste his own scent - or rather, the scent of Dierne Hrof - upon her, but stronger still was the scent of the Vladimir and Seraphina. So... this had to be one of their pups. A sudden twinge of pain pierced his heart, hurt that he and Vladimir still had not talked since their change into Tempests, but even more hurt that the Vladimir had not thought to introduce his new pups to Aindreas .

"I am terribly sorry, little one. It was not my intention to do so - had I known, I would have certainly planned otherwise. You are Vladimir’s daughter, yes? I am Aindreas , his brother."

Aindreas purposely left out that he was her Alpha, that he was an alpha at all. All too often, pups became scared of him when they found that out. But also, he left out that he and Vladimir were only half siblings. He was sure that Vladimir would say elsewise, that he would make it known that the two of them were not fully related. But with all that had happened in the past year, Vladimir was really all that Aindreas had left in terms of family. After all, his mother had abandoned him long ago when Aindreas was only a pup himself, choosing his two siblings over Aindreas, and Kal had left with Sebring to rule a separate pack - Kalgalath's puphood pack. Castiel, Vladimir's full brother and Aindreas half brother, had left with them at the time without a word. And then of course, one of Aindreas' own siblings, Rohan, had been killed a few years back, and Aindreas' only other full sibling, Adara, had been gone for a long while - the two had become close when they had lived within the same pack but had afterward drifted apart. And finally, there was the matter of his own offspring - all but one were dead, some from disease while others had been murdered. And his one surviving pup? Well, Drizzt wanted nothing to do with Aindreas. The king could not blame his son for feeling that way - after all, Aindreas had been an absent father - he had insisted that Drizzt join Spring Grounds, but then had abandoned him. Perhaps… Perhaps Aindreas would make a better uncle then father.

"Were you hunting the rabbit? Or playing with it? You know, it is not polite to play with your food - it is cruel to them. Though we are Putnar and they are Lera, it does not give us the right to put fear inside of them. Now that being said, I was doing a little hunting of my own. An injured caribou has made the path that I am following - I do not know why or how it is injured. But it has left the safety of its heard, so I can only assume that they have kicked it out because of its weakness. By killing it, it will save the death of a healthier Lera, and allow many of our members to feed. Have you interest in helping me? Has your father started to teach you how to hunt yet?"

Aindreas looked behind him - he could not see the Caribou that he had been trailing, but the path was fresh enough, even in the mud and mirk and mire of the wet path. Three cloven hooves were present with a long drug line. It seemed that the leg was dangling uselessly, which would affect not only the Lera‘s speed and endurance, but also his ability to fight back. And if they followed it long enough… Perhaps it would tire, making the kill even easier. But it would still be dangerous - the caribou even now would have a pair of great horns, or rather antlers, to defend themselves with, and he could not allow the pup anywhere near danger out of principle. "If you would allow me, I could pick you up and carry you, so that we may chase it down together. And once we are near to it, you could hide in the bushes and make a terrible noise, make the Caribou think that it was surrounded. It would help me a lot, and then you could get first pick on what to eat. Promise." He smiled down at her and tilted his head, waiting for his answer. "What is your name anyway?"
