Your mind is your own worst enemy and you are taking years off of your life, seriously. You sound like you have undiagnosed anxiety issues, which when angry release the right chemicals to make you feel better. Yes, you feel better when angry.

To save you the psychotherapy babble, I will simply add you choose to be angry, happy, sad, etc... Changing your thinking, don't allow yourself to get caught up in that bullshit, and you'll end up happier. Supposing you don't have some legitimate chemical imbalance, there is a book you should read and apply: Self Coaching by Joseph Luciani. Faithfully apply it and in 60 days you'll be a different person.
