Re(1): Bench press issues, need advice

Sounds like bicep tendinitis, find the cause and you'll find a solution. Believe it or not, it's likely caused by squatting. From my experience, the solution was to allow more time between squat & bench workouts to allow inflammation to subside. Ice & Nsaids provided some help before the adjustment, but Nsaids not a smart long term solution. Also, backed off on reps on top sets of squats early on in training cycle. Good luck.
