Re(3): Bench press issues, need advice

If it is from squatting remember unless you are New to squatting and I even say that with half truth there is ZERO need to squat with a straight bar. There are multiply bars out there ie. buffalo, duffalo, camber, ssb and so on that will allow from progression on squats and help you maintain health shoulders and relieve bicep strain...

now as far as the speed reduce the weight or add reverse bands. only way to bring it down faster is to train your body to do so... I am assuming this is Raw benching
