Thanks man. Your info is helpful. I eat carrots but more so fresh/frozen veggies with them included. Every morning I have what I call my fibre mixture which is pumpkin/ sunflower seeds and raisins. Minor cheat stuff like a few choc chips in there as well. Green tea with ginger, mushrooms, coleslaw, ( the only way I can eat cabbage ), oatmeal every morning and then fewer carbs as the day goes on. Sleep has been a huge problem for a long time. I sleep for a few hours, toss and turn, sleep for a few hours, toss and turn. It's not very often I get a good nites sleep so I find myself napping in the afternoons.
