I just finished watching The Prisoner while recovering from my hip thingie. I always thought of Martin while watching it, especially remembering his dealings w/the music industry, of which there are probably plenty of No. 2 types. I wonder if his attitude was formed from watching the series as a lad.

Speaking of No. 2s, a fun fact is that two actors who appeared in Help! played No. 2 in The Prisoner (the leader of the Indian cult after the ring & the head of Scotland Yard).

Finally, I listened to Oddcast # 19 & was delighted to know that Martin is a fan of Napoleon XIV. The ending was rather charming.
