Ok, let�s clear this up. As a normal respectful human being I have spent 7 years in the training program getting my CCT without annoying and pissing off my friends who are outside the training scheme. I remember times when I asked for help from SAS doctors and I was always thankful. Yes you have to cover us, sorry but that is the nature of training. Yes it is crazy that someone with years and years of experience should be lower in the perceived hierachy than an STwhatever but that is the system, not the trainee. Let�s work to change it and treat each other well while doing it.
