Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Eira was still growing accustomed to the currently small missing patches of fur. Today, thankfully, they were not itching quite so much as they did other days. The brown and white girl had no idea that summer would be murder on her fur and flesh when it arrived. All the same, she had successfully acquired a mouthful of fur.

She grinned, allowing the fur to show between her teeth when Ruby whipped around to face her. "Takes gross to know gross!" Eira spat back, fur quite literally flying from her mouth. Her mis-matched eyes lit up with glee. While she was definitely not contagious, for none of her siblings were similarly afflicted, she could use this to her advantage.

Eira giggled madly with this realization that Ruby didn't know that. She removed the remainder of fur from her mouth as the dark girl moved to pounce on Zion. She waited a moment, crouched slightly in anticipation. Depending on how her brother reacted would determine what she did next, which was undoubtedly going to gross Ruby out even more. She just couldn't do it if she ended up in a bit of a tussle with Zion. Patience, she told herself, waiting for the opportune moment.
