Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

strong in silence

Her eyes followed Eden as he entered, for some reason enjoying the way he moved toward her now more than most other times. Perhaps it was the hormones, or the situation in which she had found herself somehow holding the upper hand, but regardless she stretched out her slender neck as he approached running it along his chest and forelegs as she could reach them. Her bright eyes flicked up to meet his, answering his questions, despite the pain and discomfort that was equal to what had followed her first birth there was little she might have complained about. Everything seemed as it should be, well relatively at least for the situation in which they found themselves. Her gaze flowed to Arturio as he approached as well, keeping a respectful distance ever the gentleman, but Nari made no move to have him replace Eden by her side.

As much as fate had chosen Arturio for her, she had chosen Eden and what’s more he had chosen her as well. It had taken her by a bit of surprise, for while she had known he had always been fond of her and she was of him there was something different now and in claiming each other he had obtained the right to be at her side. Her azure eyes danced back to Arturio as he broke the silence which had seemed to descend upon the den, huffing at bit at his comment as important as names were to those with voices to use them she would have her own names for them when the time came. Just as she had for Enoch and Escha they would be kept silent and close to her heart. However she was curious as to how they two males would proceed having to share the right of naming the pups and there was a look of mischief lingering in her eyes and she laid back, resting her head against Eden’s legs as she prepared to watch the fun.
