The two tier system of upper and lower slave class is pure discrimination, its now getting into its worst shape. It is definitely illegal and against morality. I totally sympathise with specialty doctors and fellows, they are treated like animals, within the ethics conscious nationl health service. College stands firmly behind this illegality for they want to get the mafiaso of 'training system' to succeed and for that they need animals like speciality doctors etc. What a shame and what a pity.
