Re(1): Sort of a dumb question ,sorry

User of fiber supplements here.

I abuse them once daily by eating 10 fiber gummy su-chews for 100% RDA at bedtime because thatís what I do during low-carb eating phases.

When NOT eating low carb, I donít usually bother since I eat lots of fibrous green veggies other times. Keeps me shitting daily, so thatís why I take them.
