Was this male an IDIOT? The interruption in my meditation has my fur on edge, the tips of my fangs showing as I bite down, lips pressed tight against my gums as I try not to snarl. All this work and ruined! Ruined by a mere passerby! It is overboard, I know, to grow so furious in such a short span of time, but I happen to have a short fuse due to my lineage. The Angel's were intelligent but from what I heard, a hot tempered sort of bunch. Not to mention my mother was the words grumpiest at times. I admired her for that.
The only one I can blame for the moment is this boy. His bright blue eyes turn towards me before he trots over to my ritual works and I dodged closer, clearly protective over it even if it is ruined. Not that I can SEE anything ruined on it, except when he puts his paw on a stick and pushes. Immediately I snarl, ears back, wondering if I should just attack this kid. Usually my prickly presence deterred others so I was hoping now that this little brat would leave me alone even if I had initiated this conversation.
Yet the moment my mouth opens to give him a sound scolding, he mentions circles, and my jaw snaps shut audibly as my brow furrows and I glance down at my works. Circles? No one had taught me that yet as he speaks it, I feel the truth of it, and I nod briskly. "You are right," I say offhandedly, head tilting as I consider my options. Curved limbs would work best or a nice, rounded rock. My yellow eyes jump back up to him shrewdly as I consider. "Skyrippa," I say, as if he has asked me my name already. The boy looked like her mother with his eye patch, the white and mixed colors. "What do you know about circles and rituals?"
