Why is it the CCTs don't mind academic collaboration with non CCTs or indeed using and copying their academic work but insist on having a non collaborative segregated non training and training system? What exactly does non trained mean?
If you are covering a consultant's theatre list unsupervised are you supposed to introduce yourself to a patient as non-trained?
