Re(3): Schedule conflicts and lack of paid members

I understand the meeting is where everything is discussed however.com other schedules were not available at that time except for maybe the region 7 schedule and we have like 2 people in the club that is affected by that schedule. What I am saying is that, and I know the size of our club makes it very difficult to make changes on the fly, we need to have a plan in place. If we are keeping the PERQ as scheduled and all of us are going to go down and fish against the guys that fish that river on a daily basis then we should at a minimum look at a ramp or date change. When I joined the club it was an unwritten rule that our tournaments were on the second SAT of every month. Which made it very easy to plan. But I know I didn't go to the meeting but mainly because I didn't have an agenda oh there is that region 7 thing again! As far as sending email I have noticed that email may not be the most efficient way to get reply's. One last thing when is the drop dead time to get my money back if we do not get more paid members and we don't plan to edit the schedule to reflect a very small field then I will inquire if that is even a possibility (getting tournament fees back).
