Terra was entering into her first summer. She was already starting to grow, probably not into an overly large wolf, but she wasn't going to be a tiny dainty thing either. Her fur was already showing signs of being longer in length as she got older, and already it held a silky smooth texture. Combine that with the natural glimmer her fur seemed to give off in the sunlight with her golden and copper tones within her black coat, Terra was well on her way to be a lovely sight as she grew into adulthood. For now, she was just an awkward pup who had crossed Spirane's borders for the first time following the Aplos River.
The shimmer of light on the water only seemed to enhance her young presence, as if she was some ethereal being in awkward pup form. Her tail waved back and forth as she bounded along the river. She let her paws splash in the shallow parts, taking care not to go deeper than her ankles in the moving liquid. This definitely seemed fun, and she was perfectly happy to enjoy this by herself. She recalled meeting an older pup back in the pack, but she had so much energy that Terra had no desire to be involved with that sort of thing.
A perfectly happy, solitary pup. The girl trotted along, just splashing away. She had not quite learned that concealing her presence might become a necessary thing. It's not like Terra could easily hide, especially in daylight hours. All the same, she was enjoying herself. Let them come and she would show them the strength of her teeth! Yes, she would show them how tough she was.
