Though her opalescent eyes remained hard towards the Apep she merely nodded in acknowledgment when he introduced his silver knife as it were. It wasn’t so much in her interest to become invested in all of Iromar and the roles they played. Those within her pack were talented in finding useful information; besides, she was more eager to know of the while wolf mentioned at the pack gathering. This was the extent of her need honestly she had no interest in battles she didn’t see the need to fight. She had larger issues that plagued her thoughts and ideas. She was unsure how to attract more to her side which was honestly more trouble than even she desired to figure out.
While her claim seemed to be clear she didn’t feel like being tested today by clever niceties. “She is welcome to do so as for my mouse.” Sekhmet inclined an ear to Kajika. A slight look of pride crossed her face as she listened to his decision. “There you have it, he will catch up.” While it was a deep frustration on the fact a wolf is staying behind in her home, all the same, she was happy they wouldn’t be unattended thanks to her bright little mouse. Even so, she wasn’t inclined to let the Apep roam alone. Gritting her teeth she used her powerful muscles to pull her closer to his side an ear drawn back in frustration. She was without question cautious, she didn’t care to explore the moors but she didn’t want him to see everything the plains had to offer at this time.
Moving in silence she knew the deeper they went into the grasses she more likely the pair of them would be out of view of each other's respective companions. Once she felt concealed enough she moved to wrap in front of Thorne to incline him to stop before he bumped into her. “We are far enough. Out of sight. Won’t likely be heard. The white wolf. The entire story. Tell me. Did you ignore my warning?” Her lips peeled back slightly, after all, she was trying to absolve him of his weakness and he seemed not to heed her warning. Even now she was cautious, friend or not there was a hesitance in trust. She protected herself first so she could keep her home and her pack safe.
She knew he spoke of the story once by the sea but she wanted to know about the fate that damned him and yet she didn’t know much of the soul. “Tell me of your soul. I will answer you too.” Sekhmet was being generous after all so she expected for him to do the same. Carefully she positioned herself in a way to answer his jaws should his teeth retaliate but it was her hope that words would be more beneficial to the both of them. “Mind your teeth. Then we can hunt.” He seemed intrigued by it last time and part of her wanted to see how he would act. There was something dark within him and it appealed to her because knowledge was always something she had desired.
