It is not about the money. At least not for most of us. Most of us enjoy fishing different waters. Many of us fish the Perquimans during the year just to fish somewhere other than in our own back yards. The money is just an added bonus. The yearly totals are even more incentive to try and do well. Stateline has never been about making a mortgage payment. Sorry you are so hung up on that aspect of the club. There is still time to bring in more members. If you want higher payouts you should try to inspire more folks to join. Talk to folks like Dave and Nelson and Jim Wilder and see if you can change their minds. Hit up some of those regulars at Bob's. You like to talk trash, so maybe talk it to them and goat them into joining. Every club member should be talking up the club and asking others to come play with us. I know it is hard for some to get out of their "honey holes" and fish new water but that is what makes our schedule more challenging. In my opinion it makes it more enjoyable.
