a blessed system

Man, trainees have all the facilities that one can possibly imagine, they are facilitated at every possible step, pampered to the extent of spoilage, (having no respect for staffgrade doctors to the extent calling them donkeys & slaves & what not), having small clinics never without supervision most of the time by the same staffgrade doctors, many many holidays & leaves, a segregated & protected training schedule, a very very favoured status from the college of ophthalmologist in term of exam results and pass rates and then they go straight out of this system to AU, CA for fellowships to take up hefty posts later on. Such a segregated, highly favoured class system should be a 'divine' blessing for trainee doctors. There is no room for complaint.
