As the boy approached, she had turned to watch him, curious about his confidence; it had been a while since she had been approached in such a manner, after all. The wolves outside of Moladion were diverse but they were not particularly as socially inclined at those within Moladion, at least not entirely. It was comforting in a way that made her feel more at home but she still kept her distance, at least for now. She didn't want to risk being too comfortable too soon.
She nodded when he called to her and floated forward a stride. She grinned, her own silent greeting, as she considered what he had to say - or rather, had to ask. Her head tilted - it was a fairly direct question, after all. She really had not expected it. "You're looking for her but do you know if she wants to be found?" There was no grin that time - she wanted to be sure she wasn't being played by some malicious wolf. Although he didn't act the part, one could never be entirely sure of somebody's intentions.
She sighed then, shook her head slowly. Maybe it was cruel to question him like that. After all, he sounded desperate. Desperation seldom came from a dark place. "Sorry, stranger. I've just come back to Moladion so excuse my suspicion, will you?" She still kept her distance though - now she had likely offended him, no? Offended wolves got snappy sometimes. The thought made her lip twitch into a smirk of amusement at herself. Just days here and she'd already made a bad first impression, huh? "In any case, I haven't seen anybody around here besides my mate and I. Where did you last see her? I still remember the lay of the land - good hiding places and all that." She had been a loner, a princess and a refugee throughout her life - there was likely no part of Moladion that had gone unchecked by her.
