Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Follow the Shade

She cares not if the red males was interested in her and what she was herding him around for. This was her mission and she was going to rise in rank in Glorall. She knew that her brother had taken Iromar, and she never had the best feelings from him. She needed to become of value to Glorall and she knew this, even though she was the utmost value to the Shade.

She looked to the old man as Eden came along, rolling her eyes slightly as he prods about the reason he was brought here to talk. She breathed in and kept herself calm, but Eden comes and speaks. Eden is a most interesting male, and his choice of words brings great interest to her. Eden does give her a nod of approval, and she simply slides her eyes from Eden and back to the old red man as Eden continued to speak.

”Yes, old loners are not old loners for a reason. Most of them end up dead, and most deservingly so. Yet you are here, old, and alive,” she says bluntly and a sharpness to her young tongue. There was what she felt was truth in her statement though. No one becomes old and alone in this world, not easily. Eden had asked the question though, so Umbra was content to prod no further and see the reaction of old red here.
