As for Warsaw, he is definitely attracting drama left and right. He is actually looking for others easy to fool to help his case. Very soon he is going to start recruiting stallions to aide him while pretending to be friends with the mares. He is going to make a deal with Cullen to get the lagoon behind him (or at least Cullen) and start going island to island befriending the stallion leaders to eventually march on the mare leads.
