Like we said on Discord, these two are in the same boat, pretty much. They're definitely both coming from similar places, and I figure that'd be interesting to roleplay, because they might struggle to help one another whilst dealing with their own stuff, but on the other hand, it might make it easier for them, knowing what it's like.
A couple of other, smaller things further added to my reasons for wanting to plot with Rowena... Neither of these ever got anywhere, because I got caught up with RL things, but...
1. My mare, Pilgrim, had a son by Vodnik - Dalibor. He's on the mainland with two of my other lost boys, and Dances is pretty close to them all. Once he makes the connection/later down the track I will likely rejoin Dalibor, and then Dances could reunite them, and then Rowena will have a small part of her family back.
2. You posted Rowena to a thread of mine in the Ridge, where she met my colt, Shiriki (who was being stalked by a predator). I had planned that the predator would attack, and had hoped that whoever was with him would go to his aid. Shiriki is Dances With Wolves' son, who he has searched everywhere for, and believes is long gone. So if you were up to it, we could have another reunion, except this time, it'd be Rowena reuniting Dances with his son. Shiriki would definitely remember Rowena, and be pleased to see her.
Um, yeah, those were just a couple of ideas that I thought of, that we can explore later if you wanted to, but if not, that's completely fine =3
Couple more things, about foals... You mentioned that Rowena's pretty impulsive, so, a foal would be pretty likely this season? I can throw Dances' stats up for her now, or we can thread a little more. It wouldn't hurt me to wait. But I also just wanted to say, given the way things are looking between Dances and Rowena at the moment, I can see him getting really attached and protective, and if you wanted a Dances foal next season/sometime in the future, that door'd be wide open. Of course, Rowena can do whatever she wants/choose someone else to father a foal (plus also, that might end up making more drama with Dances, which is always fun), but I just wanted to let you know that if you did want a Dances' baby, its pretty much guaranteed, because no matter if they just end up as good friends, Rowena will mean a lot to him and he'd be eternally grateful for all she helped him get through, and would do anything for her.
Hope this all makes sense, haha, I'm a little scatterbrained right now.
(Just gotta say Rowena is so beautiful, and I love her feathers, and I think her height is just perfect - I'd be very happy however their filly turns out <3) Replies:
