He hadn’t considered what she had said really. He was so confident that something had to have happened to her, that she wouldn’t have just left that such things just didn’t even reach him. Sparrow was so happy to find someone that might give him answers that he poured the question onto the female without second thought. Leaving him visibly wounded to the point at the edges of his eyes even had some tears coming up to the sides at her words. He stood dumbfounded silent, any trace of happiness on his face vanishing from his featured replaced with a look that clear was him biting back any tears. He was looking so hard for her, something happened to her he was sure, but what if she was right. ”W-why would she do that? I… we all love her she’s my sister she was happy! Wren wouldn’t just run away!” Was she happy? Something nagged at him in the back of his mind. He bit his lip getting ready to turn away his tail tucked under his legs and ears pinned to the back of his head and look elsewhere. This woman was wrong!
Then she said something else came from her. His ears returned at full point his subtly mismatched eyes still watering at the edges as she apologized to him. ”Ah.. I guess.” He said quickly wiping his eyes with the back of his paws and trying to recover from this blow, though the doubt she placed upon him that she chose to do this didn’t leave him just yet. It would explain some things after all… the why though was still lost upon him if she had vanished. He knew that wolves outside of Moladion, and even some in it, could be rough around the edges at the very least. He had spent about a year wandering outside the lands learning tales of far away lands, but there was nothing like Moladion, it was home. Did she feel that way too? She said she had been gone so, that meant she hadn’t been around and likely hadn’t seen his sister.
”I see… Last I saw her was at home, Diveen. She was at her den and seemed fine, she was working towards a rank there and told me about it… she seemed excited.” He said his eyes not meeting the wolfesses own. ”I’ve checked around Ruieze, and Enocra, my father was going to check the southern parts since they are a little more… dangerous lately.” He added, not really wanting to waste his time with the wolfess much longer, he needed to keep looking and if she hadn’t seen him she wasn’t sure if she had to offer would be helpful. ”So you are really familiar with Moladion then, Ma’am?” She didn’t look that old, but he guessed maybe she did that wisdom in her eyes that his parents had. He would see what she had to offer then maybe check those places before returning to his father and seeing what they had found, or… not found.
