Re(7): But...but....

Went from ~280 to 240 now and noticed no changes :( None at all. Crazy. Haven't touched a barbell in 2 years. I'm working my way to a diet consisting of "real food" only. If I can't kill it or grow it I don't wanna eat it. Slow process... Considering eating only meat and veggies, been reading a lot of good things from respectable people with similar issues. My main hesitation is not being able to get enough calories in. Prolly eating 4-5000 calories now with such physical work. Planning on doing BJJ again very soon. I'm sure my lack of mobility is causing pain.

And yeah, customers suck my nutsack. Very close to shutting the doors bc imma end up in jail for beating one of them!
