It was just clear in regarding normal social interactions Noctis was forever rather… obvious. There were very few he really showed himself with. Mostly being just his sister Luxa. So yes, it took time for him to loosen up and act as if he was around his sister, and even she had issues dragging him out and getting him to drop the teachings that were pounded into him since his puphood. He was just more reserved than most wolves, especially Remington too. Not emotionless however, he smiled and showed his pleasure far more subtle than perhaps some would be used too, but it was these small displays that did show he was pleased. Otherwise he just would have did nothing. It made since given his family and how they were. She seemed excited though, constantly ready to bounce out of her skin he didn’t know where she got so much energy from.

She seemed so pleased though by his compliment, and her positive energy was almost infectious. Perhaps it was that that made him come around at all compared to others he met that ever made attempts. It didn’t take a lot to please her though, and honestly it was such a simple request and he was very sure Remi wasn’t up to anything nefarious so bringing her in wouldn’t be issue by anyone. He might get harassed in other ways later maybe, mostly regarding him hanging around a girl, but not for accompanying her. He meant it though, no one should bother them with the Prince of Diveen and brother to the Heiress said it was okay. She didn’t need to know that though, to her he could just be nobody, just a scout or border patrol for the land. Thankfully he DID take after his father so he didn’t even look like the angel side of his family, all graceful and fast and usually sporting some type of white coat or violet eyes. Long as she didn’t know what Orion looked like he was good to go.

So at her consent Noctis began leading the way, trotting along the fringes of his pack and she quickly falling in step next to him. She seemed to bounce even as she walked, or at least she just emanated cheer and energy. His thoughts were proven when she bounced right into him. With his bulk it hardly did anything but nudge him slightly. Noct turned his golden gaze upon her, looking a little confused for a moment until she flashed him a huge smile which caused him to smile back slightly before look away a bit sheepishly. Yes, she was certainly something he wasn’t used to.

Upon their arrival at the cliff’s edge, he found himself looking over the familiar, same sight of the ocean. She was taken and in awe of it and he was just looking at it. It was vast but to him it all looked the same, looked flat and showed the sky far off. It was relaxing he supposed just looking at the vast nothing but the blue of water and sky, but because of that it was also so boring too. He supposed as a new sight though seeing so much world out there was impressive. However, to him, they had long since lost their shine, fun to visit not to live it. Though like many things it was probably a preference.

He asked her if this was what she wanted, and she said yes, though there was much more to her words as she said that it must be amazing to wake up to it every day and he could only let out a ‘mmm’ sound. She wished that there was a warm beach for everyone to share down here, ”Well maybe you should join a pack that does have a beach. Though I hear Glorall has the best ons.” He remarked a bit jokingly but also serious. He still wasn’t sure what was so great about them looking out over the water before turning his attention back to her. HIs tail giving a few waves as he invited her to get a closer look.

”This way is the easiest.” He motioned for her to follow, and while it was a little rough, nothing that was really dangerous. He followed the cliffside down a ways and more into the pack until it was a visible path downwards. It was a thin path, but easy enough for them to move down and do a small jump here and there to pick themselves down the cliffside until they landed on the rock, mixed sand point. The sand was hot under his paws and he picked his feet up and quickly made his way to the water’s edge where the waves kept the sand nice and cool beneath his paws. ”I guess I don’t understand, maybe it’s because I did grow up with it here I don’t appreciate it as much as those outside.” He explained to her, the water lapping at his paws.

”You probably could have guessed I don’t get out much.” He said a bit jokingly smiling at her though it was a bit hapless and self deprecating. ”But I love my home, even if it can get dull somedays.”
