primrose
daughter of shamwari and sanibel

"Come on Prim! Don't worry it will be fun!" Roheryn hops around his cousin as he tries to sway her mind. Ro was always on the go and always making trouble, but at least he had a good heart. The young stallion just couldn't sit still for too long, or in one place it seems. He has admitted to Prim that he has crossed the border of the Prairie into the Forest multiple times since he was brought to live with them, but he had yet to leave the island. He really wanted to, but he was a bit afraid of what might be out there. The land didn't scare him, but the sea...monsters might lurk.

He attempted to ask Prim to go with him, but she refused. Prim had more fears about leaving her home than he did. "At least come see the forest with me. It is a pretty cool place." Rim snorts and shakes her head. "That is not our land and daddy hasn't said we are allowed over there anyway." Roheryn stops and nips playfully at Prom's shoulder. "Are you grown now Prim stop acting like a child. We can go wherever we want now." Prim grumbles, but her cousin's persistence eventually pays off.

The two walk towards the edge of the Prarie where the grass grew thicker and the trees grew tall. Prim had never ventured this close to Luthien's neighbor before so she was amazed at the change of landscape. She had to admit it was pretty. They ventured deeper than they had planned and they didn't notice they were reaching other until Roheryn suddenly stops and shushes Prim. The palomino's green eyes look up to see an open clearing ahead and a young stallion standing in it. Further away from a mother and a young child. Luckily a large bush provided them with enough cover to hide. Of course, it wasn't long before Ro began daring Prim to approach the stranger. He was curious about what might happen and assured her he was there to protect her if needed.

She wasn't about to do it, but Ro threatened to tell Sanibel they were out and that was that. Prim's mother was always worrying over her to the point it was becoming annoying. She was grown more now so she could make adult decisions. Her hoof stomped down before she stepped around the bush and towards the stranger. Light golden legs carried her stocky frame close to the darker golden buckskin. "H-hello?" Her ears swiveled back and forth to keep her attention on both the stranger and Ro who stayed back by the shrubbery.
