Welcome to the project party. This is slightly different to the posting party in that it gives somewhat more flexibility in what you do while the party is on. The project you want to work on may be posts, or it may be anything else - other writing, artwork, crafting, etc.
Set your own goals. We recommend breaking tasks down into smaller goals which can be achieved on a regular basis. Examples could be:
> Collect all required equipment and have everything in front of you.
> Work on project for 15 minutes without a break.
> Complete 400 words of writing.
> Finish adding detail to one section of a drawing.
> Find the perfect pic for one HTML layout.
> Complete a post.
Completion of each goal will earn you 10$ at the end of the party, so it’s good to break big tasks down into lots of smaller goals.
Goals can work towards a big end task or can just be an eclectic mix of things you need to do. We recommend focusing on something you don’t normally have the motivation or time to spend on.
Share your goals in the #general channel in Discord and encourage each other on. When you’ve completed a goal, share it in the new #ididthething channel.
Just for fun, Shamanites can suggest goals, tasks or challenges for every partygoer to undertake. These will be pinned to the #general channel. Completion of one of these member challenges will earn you 5$. This could be something like “incorporate the colour purple into whatever you’re doing”, or something silly like “get up and touch your toes”!
