They hadn’t been allies, and wasn’t Opal’s stipulation for her hunting be, no allies and no pack members? Yes, she had done nothing wrong by her new alpha, the only part Kattari lamented in was she did not get a chance to kill him when she had the chance. She had gotten so close though, she only just had to finish him. Crazy as some might find her though, the strawberry colored wolfess wasn’t stupid. Soon as the other wolves started joining the fray and more started coming she knew it was time to retreat. No calls had been made, and Kattari was far too proud to call for backup from her new home. So she would live another day. Live she did and here she was laying in the grasses in the twilight still feeling exhilarated from her fight despite the pain she also felt. Kattari would admit one thing, it was nice to have a place she could go that she knew she would be defended. That they would protect her and keep her from the fangs of her pursuers. She wanted them, but she wanted them on her own time too, and with the small group that had come after her she was certain she made more than one new enemy today.
She snickered to herself lightly, let them come for her while she is out there, ready and waiting as she always was for someone wanting their revenge. She would fight them then. Her brother had argued what if they sent a lot of warriors after her and that had yet to happen. Two packs now she had attacked with no consequences really tailing her just yet. Diveen twice, and Iromar once and all she had to show for it was being ran off from finishing it by their pack mates. Pack infiltration apparently wasn’t a good method she was learning, but someday she would catch them outside their walls unaware and take them. After all they weren’t as prepared as she was. She knew she was hunted, they didn't necessarily know it was going the other way too. In a way her spear head into the packs lured them out like angry wasps to find who disturb the hive and quickly rid themselves of it. Plus who was to say their alpha didn’t bleed to death? Who would take his place? Would they care about what she had done?
Her mind is torn from his as she hears a casual greeting from not far away. Kattari smells her brother all over the woman, she is not aggressive towards the female, but her bright blue eye goes over her putting it together rather quickly. ”Not what I’m used too, but who am I to say no to a little help putting my body back together.” She said feeling her body pulse and ache with the wounds. It made her feel so alive at the same time too. Her wounds, her injuries were just permanent marks of how much she fought and lived. ”You my brother, Cuirass’, woman? He picked pretty good I think. Someone to patch him up whenever he gets into trouble.” She said her breathing a bit heavy but she was so pleased by this little turn of events. So she had a sister, of sorts, that could help heal her along? How perfect, how wonderful. Yes, she was thinking pack life was indeed going to be helpful so long as she was allowed to still carry out her desires and business. She could get used to this indeed.
