Okay, so like I said on the discord I might have someone for Capricorn...
Her name is Avangeline, she's an akhal-teke whose quite a bit younger than him (she's turning 9 this upcoming spring, I think). She washed up on the islands about seven years ago and her memories of home are gods and powers and her parents had wings and all sorts of crazy stuff (she's a reborn character from a fantasy site). She used to pray to her goddess who rose the sun each day, but in the last year she lost her faith and believes she's just crazy and maybe hit her head/doesn't remember the truth of her upbringing, which has plunged her into a deeeep depression.
She is EXTREMELY sweet and kind. Very much "give the shirt off her back" kinda soul... would do anything for a stranger who needs it. In a fight or flight situation she's mostly flight, unless it's her loved one in danger and then she even can surprise herself... not that she's any good in a fight lmao.
Also... she's polyamorous and falls in love very easily. She used to live in the Dunes with one of her very, very close friends who she grew to love, Gabbar... and has avoided it for some time because it hurts to face the loss of those she loved. She loves three stallions, Al-Hattaal is her first love and recently she was traveling with him trying to find a trace of a potential child of his but their searches came up empty. If Al-Hattaal ever comes back she'd find herself conflicted - because her love for him nearly triumphs her love for all others. In a polyamory situation, he's her "main partner" even though he's never actually told her loves her back. She's also fallen in love with Bjorn, Freya's son, a few years ago and of course, Gabbar. All three are gone, leaving Avangeline alone, feeling lost without a cause... basically just a lost, wayward soul.
But Avangeline needs to love. She just has so much of her heart to give. I've been kind of lost lately because I miss writing her, but writing her all alone just wasn't something I wanted to do. I want to set her on a path toward healing, and even maybe finding acceptance in her heart to pray to her goddess again rather than feeling ashamed or like she's crazy.
I can always swing her by the Dunes and we can have them meet and see if Capricorn gets on with her or not :D He could even have reservations if you want since she's so much younger than he is. Replies:
