Really- why should I train people who refer to me in derogatory terms as �a donkey�. Isn�t respect for your colleagues in the GMC regulations as well? It is not in my job plan to assist the trainee
with on call duties and I am not on the on call rota. The consultant is.
You cannot cherry pick the GMC regulation you want to follow because it suits a pampered lazy trainee whose training is being funded by taxpayers.
