Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

”Just ‘Cause You Can’t See It, Doesn’t Mean, It Isn’t There“

_________________________________________________________________________

Ears perked up when the young male heard another approaching. He had not yet met other wolves besides his father and his siblings so introducing himself was something that was brand new to him. But when his yellow orbs caught site of the femme he knew that he wanted to get to know her. There was no particular reason for this, just a strong inner pull telling him that she was one that he would want to be friends with. His form approached her own as he introduced himself to her, his form alert when her own vocals rang out once more. “Bennington? Nice to meet you. I am Lyudmila, Daughter of Nimueh, Heiress of Crith Thalmhainn. Bravest of her Siblings. Fearless adventurer. And so on, and so forth—did I tell you that you look very soft?” The faeling had a very pretty name…Lyudmila. His kissers broke into a smile as she went on, her description of herself a unique one. Bennington let out a soft laugh at her words. Noone had never told him he looked soft, it was an interesting thing to say to a stranger, but he was not bothered by her words. In fact he wanted her to keep talking, to tell him even more about herself and to learn everything there was to learn about this femme. ”Hello brave adventuring Lyudmila. You have a cool name.” He smiled at her once more, his first time meeting a new wolf going well so far.

Lyudmila ended up very close to him in the end. He would barely have to lean forward to touch her, and when her eyes narrowed at him he cocked his head at her, waiting to see what she would say next. His form remained relaxed but still when she pushed her nares into his pelt. A shiver raced through his form at her touch, but in a good way. It was almost as a spark went through him when he felt her touch, and when she pulled back with her plume wagging relief washed over him. For some unknown reason he craved her approval, even though he didn’t know what it was that she was looking for with him. “Mmm . . . you are soft. And you smell very good.” Another laugh escaped his throat at her words. ”Well I’m glad that you approve then.” The smile remained on his features as he spoke, sitting down on the earth as she went on to ask him about where he was from. He had not encountered a pack yet and the name of the one she said meant nothing to him. But he couldn’t imagine living somewhere without trees. ”What?! There are no trees there? What do you do then, aren’t you always out in the open? How would you ever find food?” He paused for a moment before he realized that he never answered her initial question. ”Oh! No, I’ve never been to a pack. But my sisters and I live in the trees, lots of them! It’s easy to hide and never be seen with all the trees.”

Lyudmila’s paw rose from the ground then, pushing against his forepaw and his head cocked once more. She was an interesting femme, but he liked her. When she rested her paw on his own, that same spark that ran through him before was felt once more. ”Are you worried that I’m too fragile or something?” His words were playfully said with a growl, challenging her to say that there was anything wrong with his form, but his smile remained the whole time on his features, making sure she knew he was not being serious. His form rose, tail wagging behind him as his rump rose to the air in a playful bow, his eyes bright as he let out a soft growl to challenge the femme. ”I can show you if you don’t believe me.” The young pup had only played with his siblings, but with Lyudmila it felt different. He wanted her to stay around and be his friend forever. He was still young and didn’t grasp yet the feelings he had for her, that this would become his first puppy love.
