I think there's a chance Nova could have a crush on Warsaw... Her feelings for Nephilim are complicated and she's going to be confused, somewhat doubtful, and fearful of "falling too deeply" for him again, afraid that he might leave all over again. So I can see her wishy-washy-ness driving her to someone completely different, like Warsaw. Maybe Nova keeps him hooked just enough to have him around as a back up, but she never fully commits and always goes back to Nephilim? If that would drive Warsaw crazy... ? She'd probably feel bad about it, but later, not while she was toying with him.
That could cause strife between Warsaw/Nephilim or even Warsaw/Mariael, and by extension, Shamwari, since Nova's his sister and Mariael is his ally....
