Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

Well, he was good at making her feel guilty but she stood strong and held back from her instinctual desire to...try to comfort him. She had to be sure, after all, and yet she was fasting beginning to believe he didn't have any particularly sinister intentions. If anything, she had to wonder if he was too soft to really find this wolf if something bad had happened to her. She mulled it over as he started composing himself. No, she couldn't become soft. She hadn't come back to Moladion just to become complacent. If he left then he left but if he stayed, she'd do what she could.

She was a little surprised he turned around and stayed though, to be honest.

Still, she tried to give him at least a more warm grin, a little sheepish. Apologies had never been her mastery. And so she did what was easier - she listened closely, nodded and furrowed her brows as she considered what facts he was able to provide. Ranks and all that - so she had at least been dedicated to the pack. It was unlikely a wolf who acted in that way would randomly decide to leave, right? "Did she mention any new wolves she had met?" The idea had struck her as her mind had briefly roamed to thoughts of Sinclair - what if the wolf had met her imprint? Imprints were strange and they could work in many ways - had they met and eloped? Had she met him and had he taken her away? If you added that kind of variable in...well, it definitely complicated things.

When he mentioned the south though, she blinked, a little startled. It seemed to familiar to hear. "Iromar and Glorall?" She smirked to herself. Glorall, huh? Well, perhaps she'd have to reconsider her want to go. As for Iromar? That was...interesting. Iromar had always been a place of shadows and mystery. It seemed that hadn't changed at all. "I was born here. Born in Glorall specifically but when a wolf defeated my father, I left Moladion for some time. Tell me...about the South and in exchange, if you tell me what you sister looks like, I'll do my best to look for her and report to Diveen." How funny that Diveen seemed to still be full of gentle wolves like this man.
