The other male who had come to approach the stolen wolves seemed quite amused at the spectacle. Cuirass decided pretty quickly that he liked him. He could see the male's fascination with the young girl. Maybe he would use that later. The male seemed to size him up too as he came to join the little party. He didn't seem irritated, only surprised and then curious. Guess the feeling was mutual. At his words of fighting, Cuirass chuckled and gave the female pack member with them a teasing wink. "I don't know. Females love to see a show of strength. Maybe they'll like it." Cuirass raised a brow as the male then moved closer to the female pack member, asking if she was upset but Cuirass caught the look in his eyes. His brow rose again. He was liking him more and more.

Cuirass hadn't seen the female herself around the pack any before this moment. Was she even going on the hunt? Maybe she wasn't the social type but she did show up to meet one of his kidnapping victims so that should have automatically told her she was at least going to meet one other wolf. Now it was a real party! And yet she seemed upset, agitated even. Well, she could always leave. He knew first off that she was angry that the male he stole happened to bring a girl with him. How she saw her as anything other than a family member or even a friend he was protective over, Cuirass didn't know. Did imprinting really do that to you? In that case, he was glad he never imprinted. He'd hate to be made so unreasonable.

The female only seemed to get more irritated with time, clicking her teeth before commenting about Cuirass' comment. He laughed, giving her a smirk. "Oh, she's a feisty one. I don't envy you." He said to the kidnapping victim. Even as he said it, the female looked back at the younger female with the male he stole and still seemed to be glaring at her like she was the reason for all this. He almost felt sorry for the child. Almost. Then she glared at the stolen male. Cuirass shrugged. Well, he could see how this could be his fault a lot easier than the girl. She then turned her fire on the male pack member. Cuirass' lips curled up again in humor. What a spitfire. Bel would probably like her.

At her next words, Cuirass laughed again, though his eyes hardened some more as he shifted himself more between her and her imprint, the body language obvious even before he spoke. He still kept his attention evenly distributed between the male behind him too, knowing he might try to do a cheap shot or something if he felt his imprint was threatened. "Yeah, I don't think so. MY steal, therefore, MY problem. And the kid's a bonus. Sorry, sweetie, this ride's taken, but if you work on your brownie points, maybe just maybe you'll get one too." He raised a brow, his tail flicking behind him in daring. Go on, make his day. He took a step toward the female, still keeping his attention evenly distributed just in case as his eyes narrowed a little. "Unless you want to explain to your alpha why you let your weakness show in a pack that prides strength. I'm sure she'd be very interested in your connection with this guy." He nudges his head toward the male behind him, his eyes glittering.

Meanwhile the male behind him still had words to add in. He was very protective over the little female, as was understandable. Cuirass was sure once he had children of his own, he would stop at nothing to keep them safe. The male said something to his daughter then in another language and Cuirass turned a little just as she took off. He scowled thoughtfully, watching her leave before he sighed and shrugged, turning back to the others. "Well, there goes the bonus. At least I still have the main prize." He waggled his brows at the male. "How you doin?" The male had more to say once she was safely out of sight and Cuirass chuckled.

"Oh, we'll have plenty of time to get acquainted, don't you worry." He noted the male chose not to speak when she tried to take over. He shook his head, making a clicking noise in his throat. "Tsk, tsk. You go all macho on us over your daughter but then show your puss card when the imprint tries to bail you out. Are you whipped or just that desperate?"
