Cap isn't interested in being King of Salem unless he didnt agree with the King's values which if Cap sees all this happening it might make him go after Roug. On the other hand he is an old man lol so who knows.

If Cap got to meet them all before all this went down he would feel more invovled. He has a natrual protective nature of females due to his upbringing so he would try to protect the girls knowing them or not.
