Re(1): Cycle help

Your cycle looks good. Keep going. Donít get off d. Keep taking it. I think Engineer has a point. Donít depend on uptick in weights. Let it happen and be enthused and motivated more when it does. Keep taking until meet. You should focus on whether you trained enough or trained a little too much, each training day. Asses this daily and weekly. Your cycle is great, now focus on your workouts. All cycles work. Lots of good advice posts here. Learn your own and go!
