Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Matianak certainly had a great deal to muse over after her adventure to Asteraia. The nameless woman's brother certainly was enlightening, even if it took her longer than she might have liked to get there. Cannibals! That was an interesting notion. A secret she kept tucked away for the time being until Eden so desired to speak with her. She would not press the matter in the least. Her position would come in time, and she certainly was in no hurry. It wasn't as though someone else was currently vying for it.

Her tail swayed back and forth with a smile. Even her brother was stirring up trouble with their neighbors to the north! Matianak wondered when the white wonder boy would be making his was back to Glorall. There was something that drew him here, even when he went away to Asteraia. Why didn't he just stay then? Perhaps Eden thought he was a threat, or perhaps it was a mutual agreement between the two. The pale grey woman could not say for sure without either crossing paths with the male to the north or pressing Eden. Neither of those things were likely, for their Fortitude was quite the enigma.

She hummed quietly to herself as she walked through the inner workings of Glorall. Home was where the heart was. Her soul was about here somewhere too, though his role in things was currently minimal at best. It disappointed her somewhat, but it was easy to let Asriel go about his business and she hers so long as no one gave him trouble. He was hers after all, and no one was allowed to give trouble to what was hers. Even Umbra, as much as she loathed her sister, was hers alone, no one else's.
