He knew talking was something he wasn’t shy about. Charm had always bee h strong suit. His father Eric wasnt much of a talker but his mother Selina had a silver tongue. She often lured her victims to their death with seduction. He got his fathers brawn with his mothers charm, or at least that’s what he liked to tell himself. He was also very observant as most who kill their own species would be smart to be. When your prey is smarter and stronger than most deer or rabbits, its always a good thing to watch body language. He could tell she wasnt planning on taking her capture laying down and that’s okay. He liked a challenge. Kept life exciting. Her eyes flitted around and he chuckled.

“I just hope you plan on making sure you never get recaptured if you make a break for it. I’d hate to think the punishment the pack would dish out for an attempted escape. You’d probably have to stay with the alpha herself and i hear shes more of a biter than a talker.” He shrugged like it was no big deal, but his eyes twinkled in a daring fashion. Things would be a lot worse for her if she tried to escape. Right now, he had free rein with her but if she tried to leave without being released, he would have to give into the alphas commands in regards to her. As he turned to her, she straightened up and he smirked, always welcoming a little bloodshed. He was a monster by nature. Everything was about tasting someone in his opinion, whether it be out of affection, revenge, or just plain loathing. She started murmuring and his ears strained forward, one brow raised as he waited to see what shed do with those words. He was about to tell her she should practice what she preaches but that’s when she decided to strike.

He darted back in one swift move, feeling her jaws snap millimeters from his own face before he dived low and ducked his head to protect his vitals, slamming his body upward. His aim was to slam the top of his head into the bottom of her jaw, enough to bruise and make her flinch. Even if he missed, he would still be back in her space, the last place she probably wanted him if her move was anything to show for it. He shook his head with a tsk tsk noise as he straighened up.

“You need more conviction if you’re going to be throwing punches, Strawberry. I can give you a lesson or two if you’re interested.” He looked up just in time to get an eyeful o dirt and grass. Snarling as he pawed at his face, he took off running, knowing already what she was doing. “Stupid girl.” He growled under his breath even as he raced after her. He howled for others of Asteraia even as he gained on her, knowing this would be a lot easier if he had a few more numbers. Meanwhile he used the shortcuts he knew in the woods to skirt around her and cut her off. He snapped at her face just to get her to slow down and veer away from her path to the borders when he got close, using his body like a barricade. If she kept trying to get to the border, he would run at her to slam his body into her, anything to knock her back further into Asteraia. “Give up already, strawberry. Your time here has just begun.”

Kuk - The Chosen One - Darkness personified, this wolf is the chief warrior and is given all the same rights as the Pharaoh. Made of strength, tasked with teaching the youth to build their strength.
Thoth - Advisor to Sekhmet - God of wisdom, reason, and secrets. This wolf is extremely loyal to the Pharaoh. They can make and block steals as well as accept challenges when Sekhemt and the Kuk are unable to do so.

Imhotep - Divine Priest - Spiritual Advisor to Sekhmet. You will make sacrifices to the gods in her name.
Amunet - The Heir - One who is hidden and her powers are connected to the words silence, stillness, mystery and obscurity.
Ma'at - Lead Diplomat - God of justice and order. You maintain peace and order within the pack and with those to whom we are bound.

Nephthys - Head Butcher - God of death and decay. You, mighty butcher, will be the artful assassin. Those marked should meet Anubis soon.
Set - Head Thief - God of chaos and change. Take everything that you need and a little extra to grow. The rest is tribute.
Horus - Head Hunter - God of good hunting. Great hunter, the feast will be plentiful when you step on the fields.
Isis - Head Healer - God of healing and protection. You mend the wounds and do not allow weakness to fester.
Seshat - Head Informant - God of knowledge. Gather information on our friends and enemies alike.

Scepters - Warriors - You will work closely with Sobek. Fight for your pack; you will often be asked to escort other members on outings when it is seen fit.
Kemet - Hunters - Working under the eye of Horus, you will ensure the pack is fed.
Medjay - Scouts - Show me, what bounties can you find for the gods? Report your findings to Seshat.
Snares - Thieves - The world is ours, let us reap from it. Learn your art from Set.
Heka - Healers - Work with Isis to heal wounds and ease pain; repair what is broken to the best of your abilities.
Scribes - Diplomats - You will work under Ma'at to complete the duties of mantaining peace within and outside of the pack.

Kith - Children of Asteraia - The youth are our future.
Kin - Unranked members of Asteraia - Those who have not yet chosen a specialty, or who do wish to.
