He watched her roll her eyes, his own eyes twinkling in turn. Then she pulled her lips back and smirked and he knew he'd at least gotten her attention. She seemed to like the idea of him being a slave, saying it would definitely be cozy and he chuckled. "Then sign me up, tie me up, whatever floats your boat, beautiful." He said with a wink. He knew she was probably curious of what he was up to to be getting into spars over stolen wolves but she definitely didn't need to worry about him. He had always handled himself and this would be no different. He told her what happened when she asked, mentioning Zanon. They'd pretty much all scattered when Blackthorne (or at least that's what Boneskull called the little shit) took over Iromar so it was easy for them to lose track of each other. But apparently Zanon was protecting other wolves. He had to admit, that surprised him.

Zanon didn't seem to care about anyone but himself in Iromar. He was bitter about his parents, or at least that's what Cuirass assumed. Hell, all of Aranck's kids seemed a little bitter At least he was able to save Boneskull from such a fate. She asked what he was trying to bring back and he snorted. "A wolf, a male wolf, at that. So Zanon might swing both ways or something or the male means something to someone else he's protecting. The wolf was just a loner, his imprint one too and no, Zanon wasn't his imprint. So that makes me think Zanon owes the wolf something or owes the imprint something. What do you think?" He thought of her as an equal in all things and his ears pricked, even from the ground, eagerly awaiting her input. She was an intelligent creature. He'd never doubted that.

Then she asked what he wanted to do to get back at him and Cuirass scowled in thought before shrugging. "Something that hurts more than taking that male would. I need to show him that retaliating only makes things worse. Now I need to twist the knife in deeper." He raised a brow up at her, wondering how she felt about that. She definitely part Demon if anyone were to just look at the color of her coat and the rituals she embraced, but would she support his mind games? He glanced down at his wounds and rolled his eyes. "Psh, these are nothing. Merely scratches. I'm invincible, baby." He grinned up at her. He watched as she grabbed some herbs then told him to follow her. With a dramatic sigh, he got up and followed behind her. "Oh Bel, I hate it when you go but I love to watch you leave." Chuckling, he ran up behind her and nipped at her flanks teasingly.

At her words, he only grinned more. "Only the good parts hurt, love. Bring it on."
