IV Triancimalone

Help, I have accidently injected 0.3ml instead of 0.05 ml of triamcinolone. I have informed my consultant and apart from patient being uncomfortable they seem ok. Apart from the obvious risk of raised IOP is there anything else I may of caused. Patient aware of error.
