Interesting! First off, thanks Shiva and Chaos for always considering new ways to keep the game relevant and exciting for us. I appreciate all the effort you both put in. I hope my input is helpful to you.
1. I like the idea of a map. Perhaps one that is loosely defined? Or it's presented in a way that gives players some option in how to interpret it.
2. I'm cool with the one-word way the territory names stand now. Adding "peaceful" to the front of the Prairie doesn't do much for me.
3. I think the timeline we have now works best. Since activity comes and goes, I hate to revv this up and then find out later it becomes a hassle for you all as admins. Since it's an added perk on the OOC side for morale and community, it should be low on the priority list in terms of admin duties, I think.
4. I think the way we host random events currently is fine. Again, it seems counter intuitive to create more work for you guys as admins when players rarely engage in the way these events work right now... Players have the power and the freedom to create their own "random" events if they want through plot lines, anyway.
5. Prizes are always fun, so sure.
6. I like the four-day rule. We've always been able to agree between the two active parties if deadlines need to be extended. I think we should keep it that way, on a case-by-case basis. It can be a bummer for an active player who has to wait around while the opponent drags their feet...
7. Sure, it sounds like a site blurb would be helpful.
8. I like the idea of multi-lead herds, but I see the challenges it presents. I think limiting the number of co-leaders sounds smart. Unfortunately I don't have any other ideas to offer at this time related to that.
