Remarkably, there seem to be two Ruffs, both males in full breeding plumage. I did not find the bird mentioned here by Scott Watson yesterday, which reportedly has black & white plumage, but about 1500 m further up McKinnon Rd, I found another, with black neck ruff and golden "mane". Both birds have now been photographed by others (according to notices on "ontbirds") Replies: There have been no replies.
