SiNDICATE
Sleep, Sleep, tender, mild,
Meaty, sweet & juicy child.
Sleep, Sleep: Sleep a sleep
Soft as is an infant sheep.
Sweet Babe, restful Lump,
Rest thy limbs & belly plump,
The drums of my ancestors pound in my head as the sound resonates through my skull.
Nimueh
My Nimueh. The traitorous bitch that caused the loss of my brother's life. She left us, left him, abandoned him without a second thought to his continued and useful existence. Creatures such as her are the reason for weakness in this world of ours, they are the reason strong warriors lose their lives. I vowed the day he died to snuff the life from her eyes myself. It's all her fault, all her fault, I just know it is. There's no one else to blame. She left!
A deep snarl pours from the edges of my leathery lips as I chew now around the flesh that I had mindlessly torn from the pitiful child's body in furious response. Wrong answer little lamb, wrong answer indeed. Though it will spare your life... for now...
The darkness that had begun to drown my already crimson vision is abruptly interrupted when I feel a thud against my side. My mass shifts, readjusts itself atop the bleeding pup I am balanced precariously on, though does not dismount it's prey. Instead, my abysmal pools roll around in their sockets and turn to face the interruption. Blood drips thick from my maw and I elect not to cease my methodic chewing. I bring my gaze to face the new pup with unblinking teal irises. For a moment I do not allow for any words. Instead, I chew, and swallow, and stare. I stare daggers into her pelt, pupils contracting and adjusting to her every inch in the creepiest and most satisfying way one can imagine. Judging every inch of the foolish girl. I am seriously getting sick of these insubordinate little puppies and their faux courage. Someone needs to die. And soon.
Slowly, another poison doused growl rumbles through my enormous core and I knead my talons within my prey's flesh, silencing her new protests and cries for the newcomer to run away. He's crazy! she screams. I laugh in response. No, no, I'm not crazy. All of you are crazy, I'm the only sane one here that sees the point to my methods. This earth must be eradicated from useless chunks of meat like you pups. The muscles in my left eye twitch as I lower my face to the newcomer.
"You... child have walked into the wrong lion's den"
I push hard once more on the daughter of my own enemy before slowly, painfully pulling my claws from her body. The sound of tearing flesh and wet blood are like teasing music to my auds as I take a threatening step towards the other fae. Her blood soaks into the dry ground as the dirt in turn cakes itself quickly to my toes. A deadly smirk tickles my face and my eyes swim around her vision in their contractual landscape of crimson and tar. In one liquid motion I bat the pup with my bloodied front right paw as if shooing a fly away. I will give this child one chance, a chance I do not owe, to recover and run away. I have larger matters to deal with right now. Giving one backwards glance to the tossed pup I turn back to my target. I cover the small amount of ground in one singular motion and wrap my maw around her spine.
"Now then, I have some words for your dearest mummy"
Disregarding any words or screams of protest, I swing the girl up and around in my steal grasp allowing the already ripped flesh to tug and bleed freely. Her life force fills my cavernous mouth and drips from the edges, it takes all my strength not to drop her and devour her right then and there. I redirect myself back towards the valley from which I had most recently erupted. I have heard no screams come from below and am curious as to wether this new psychopath had simply killed the others, or perhaps he was playing with them. Then again he could have simply allowed them to slip away. Not that any of it truly matters, I have a new bone to pick. I need to find Nimueh. I will kill her, and I will take everything she holds dear, and then I will take her lands.
My long stride carries us swiftly back to the edge of the canyon and I begin my decent once more. Sea-foam orbs search briefly to see the bodies I had left minutes prior still in the same open area. Shame, I had kind of wanted to eat the brute.
A chill runs down my spine as another wave of fury erupts through my spirit. This teasing and running and talking is really beginning to bore my hungry soul. The small amount of youthful blood and flesh had been less than a snack thus far and I am really very hungry at this point. Hungry, and quite livid. Nevertheless, I raise my vision and find the other beasts. With a mouth full of writhing pup I do not yet offer words though I dip my thick cranium enough to acknowledge the mere fact that he has kept the initial fae here. For that, he will be rewarded.

Jellied arms & legs & butt:
Every tender, juicy cut.
Savory, salted thou shalt be,
Season'd most deliciously.
Sleep, Sleep: Disease will both
Spoil thy meat & spoil the broth.
