Oh no, they didn't! She'd only just started to get to know her imprint and already someone had stolen him! It wasn't even just an invite like "oh, hey, you look cool, come stay in this pack!" No, they took his choice away from him and kidnapped him to the fields of Asteraia. Not cool! She wouldn't stand for it! She wasn't quite old enough to challenge or she would have fought someone in a heartbeat for Dash's freedom. She couldn't ask Zelda or someone else in Taviora to take that risk for her either. He was her imprint but that was just it. He was HERS. She would come after him herself. She knew he probably wouldn't like it and he'd probably get upset when he saw her but his feelings be damned. Her imprint deserved freedom.
She trotted over the borders of Taviora with a mission in mind. She headed toward the open fields. She felt like steam must be coming out of her ears by now. Surely there was fire being left by each of her paw prints as she marched toward the pack of so called cannibals and monsters. She knew they were trying to build a reputation for themselves. She also knew the alpha had recently beaten someone in battle. None of that scared her. She was going to be Zelda's Power one day and that would be one day soon if she had anything to say about it. Taviora was her home and it always would be. Dash was a part of her home thought too. Maybe not as an official member but as her imprint, he was her family, her other half, her soulmate. She would do anything for him just as she would her family or her pack.
Winter was upon them and she could feel the hormones kicking in. She felt more giddy around Dash lately but didn't quite understand it. For now, she was to angry at the situation to think too hard about it. The snow was pretty though. Plus she was pretty sure between her parents alone time, she might be getting new siblings this spring. She couldn't wait. But she couldn't truly be happy about any of that if Dash was being held captive in this pack. He deserved more than that. And she would make sure he got it. She could smell the borders coming up and she continued forward until she reached the edge. Her claws clamped down in the dirt just before the invisible line, her lips twitching as she sent up a call.
"Hey, dirt bags! Whoever stole Dash can just let him go right this minute. I'm not leaving without him!" She stomped her paw for emphasis, ears swiveling alertly for any company that might show themselves.
