Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

-THERE IS NO HONOR AMONG THIEVES

Sweat pooled on his back until finally flooding over and running down his sides. His golden coat dampened with the liquid, but the hot sun quickly dried it a few moments later, only to happen all over again. The land was hot today, but Cullen was used to the heat and the muggy air of the Lagoon. What he still dreaded was the various bugs that came to his body like he was some sweet tasting snack. His tail whipped then away and his hooves stomp whenever the flies landed on his legs.

He became too annoyed, but there was only one way he could think of to get rid of them. His limbs began to carry him deep into the empty Lagoon. His pace soon advanced into a gallop as he sloshed through the mud and water. A large smile spread over his once annoyed face as he avoided the buzzes flying by his ears. He ran closer to the other side of the Lagoon, but the scent of a female spun him in a new direction.

This was not the smell of his mother, definitely not a stallion, so he assumed this myserty lady was Persephone of the Forest. His losing streak was finally over, well, until he was defeated again by the Prairie stallion. He wouldn't let this recent loss change the fact that he was gaibed victory and his prize waa here for claiming. Her feminie bay roan form came into veiw just as she let loose a call.

He answered his own deep throated whinny before slowing his pace towards her. His head raised, his head flipped his pale forelock aside, and a large grin struck his jaws. He finally came to stop just inches from her face, his heavy breaths blowing air on her face. Hard blue eyes stared down at her own eyes with a gaze never wavering from her. No words were said, not yet, and instead he just intiaited a staring contest.
