Re(6): Allison question


Wayne Longnecker is one of the best if not the best on an Allison and he switched to a Rolls Royce because he did everything he could to an Allison so he could keep up. When he got the Rolls running good they (Outlaws) made him back his supercharger down to be more "fair" to the other tractors with Chevy's and Hemi's and single turbine tractors. But with modern Hemi's and the huge superchargers there allowed to run I just don't see an Allison keeping up on a regular basis, I think they would have so much breakage and expense it would never be worth it I hate to say. I love variety in the mod tractor's but it seems its Hemi or nothing!
