Re: My 2 cents on MC Jai-Alai

Okay, so here is my take on MC. Let me give some background about me. I am 35, born and raised in 305, have been watching jai-alai since before I turned double digit anos! My favoritie player of all-time is Michelena. I remember as a kid being "sick" from school, staying home, and going with my parents during matinees to watch the games. My pops had to speak to a mgr because back then no kids were allowed in matinees, this was eeeearly 90s. Anyway, I have seen the best jai-alai has to offer. And now I have seen the worst! The fact that MC players supposedly were training 6 months and can't consistently catch a right side or get a serve in is beyond me. Then I hear #31 Arra from Miami (who was my mom's fav player all-time) trained these guys makes him look bad. I think J Liss could be decent given time and Anderluck is my fav just based on the fact that he throws so damn hard but c'mon. Your best shot to win is a point is to expect an under/over serve, they should be past that by now. Also, no attempts at rebotes. I wager on it because the pools are still decent and any half-ass gambler can see discrepencies in the players but wow, it is hard to watch!
