Milford attn Tiger

There was no backcourter I had seen from watching Milford/Bpt starting in 91-92 that was as good as Atain in that tournament. Lasa at that point was past his prime, I think he was late-30s. Still a good player but just could not hang with Atain. It forced Lander to try to be more aggressive and it didn’t work. Arriaga played well in that tournament, too. Something he didn’t do often when he came to Milford.

Tiger do you have a list of all the World Series of Jaialai winners? I know Tevin-Brett won one year. Goixarri won once with Azpiri and once with Wayne (I think?). I don’t remember if Lejardi-Irastorza won once? Milford teams dominated these tournaments. Call it home court advantage if you want but Milford had some very good players in the late games, esp the frontcourt.
