Gadwall - photos

This morning at the Bracebridge Ponds there was a Gadwall hanging out with the three American Wigeon in cell 1. There was a Sora at the north end of cell 1...thanks for the scope views Janice. Unfortunately it looks like the water level may be going up in cells 1 and 2 as cell 3 is drawn down, perhaps for a sludge removal operation like last fall...not good timing with shorebirds on the move.
