SG posters are sensible & very tolerant. This is a flawed, a skewed system tailormade for trainees to an extent that it has become unfair with staff cadre. This is not surprising. A two-tier system of slaves & masters is being pursued. A SG sees 11+4 (15) glaucoma cases in each clinic while trainees see this number in 3/52. I have seen them complaining to Edu-Supervisor with addition of two extra cases to their list. They can't compete anywhere in the world. Posters are quite correct in calling it an over-hyped, pampered system.
